Client Services
At Minnehaha Animal Hospital, service is our main focus and creating an outstanding experience for
every client and patient is our goal. We take a client-centered approach and maintain open communication
throughout our hospital to provide the best service possible. All of our records are now kept
electronically and we are “paper-light”. This creates less paper waste for our clinic and also
allows records and notes to be easily read and transferred between different staff members and doctors.
For your convenience, we also offer e-mail reminders to inform you of when your pet’s exams, vaccinations
and other tests are due. Our Client Service Staff is detail-oriented and compassionate.
They enjoy getting to know each client and pet on a personal level.
