Back to TopJenny
Jenny has worked in the veterinary field intermittently for eight years, and has been with MAH since summer of 2003. She returned to the U of M this past fall to complete her studies as a pre-veterinary medical student. Eventually, she would like to do research on feline leukemia. Jenny is currently training in our surgical center, and also is interested in general behavior issues. She has one cat that she brought home after it was rescued by one of our clients. Dubbed Prince Hal by his rescuer, he refused to answer to that at home, and was otherwise nicknamed Kitty. That name stuck and Jenny later finalized it as Kitty Kemal, which is Turkish for "Perfection." After briefly studying nutrition, Jenny applied Purina's OM diet to her 16 pound Kitty, and he has lost four pounds in 18 months. When not studying or working, Jenny enjoys yoga, photography, painting and reading general literature & Irish history books. Click here to see pictures of Jenny's pets.
