Focusing on our Clients
At Minnehaha Animal Hospital, client services has been a large focus-that is making the client experience as efficient and enjoyable as possible. To achieve a greater level of service , we have moved to a "paperless" file management system. We are loading physical files onto our computer software system, which means less wait time for our clients and less paper waste for the clinic. Additionally, we provide our Client Services staff with continuing education to enable them to continually improve the entire client experience.
When you have the time, stop in for a visit, see what's new at MAH, grab a cup of coffee and, of course, a dog or cat treat for your pet!
